A weekly session for pregnant women (from 14 weeks onwards), based on gentle yoga movements, with a lovely relaxation at the end of each session.
Book your block of 4 sessions here. You will have 6 weeks to use the block. Any sessions left after 6 weeks will not carry forward
Please note there will be no pregnancy yoga class running on Thursday 24th or 31st August due to holiday. You will have an additional 2 weeks to use your block :)
